Why Campaign in Ethiopia?
Ethiopian governmental and corporate policies often contribute significantly to global challenges faced by women. alignAfrica stands in solidarity with advocates for justice, campaigning alongside a robust network to hold decision-makers accountable and ensure Ethiopia upholds women’s rights globally.
Political and Religious Affiliations?
alignAfrica operates independently, without affiliation to any religious or political entities. Our commitment to autonomy ensures our actions remain focused solely on our mission and values.
Areas of Operation
alignAfrica operates in Ethiopia and South Sudan, striving to empower marginalized women affected by poverty and exclusion. In Ethiopia, we collaborate with local activists to champion women's rights and hold authorities accountable.
Code of Conduct
In addition to our internal Code of Conduct, alignAfrica adheres to the voluntary guidelines of the Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Association (CCRDA), Global Giving, and Giving Tuesday.
